  • Secondary harvest: March - May
  • Profile: Medium-high acidity, notes of panela, chocolate, citrus, yellow fruits, and flowers.

What makes it special?

Most of its crops belong to small producers who work artisanally, caring for every stage of the process. These conditions make it possible to obtain delicate coffees with great aromatic complexity, excellent sweetness, and bright acidity.
